Decorative Painting
Margot has combined her love of flowers and painting to create
a success!
While she has always been interested in art and creating,
she took the plunge 18 years ago and made it her career! She
began as the Creative Arts Director for the US Navy in their
Morale, Welfare, and Recreation department, and then went
on to own her own decorative painting and ceramics studio.
From there she headed towards teaching and designing, which
brought her to where she is today.
 Margot
enjoys painting flowers of a more contemporary nature than
many traditional decorative painters. Therefore, she developed
the Contemporary Multi-load Technique for which she has been
designing and teaching throughout the United States and Scandinavia
for the past five years.
She owes her success to perseverance, Margot says. "It's
important to allow yourself the time to create your own unique
style and have a solid business plan with definite goals to
allow you to follow your dreams."
